Because we are a small business and you will be dealing directly with the
owner, Phil Nelson & his wife Judy Nelson, our online ordering process is
slightly different than other sites.

We are a small army of two, so we cannot handle the call volume that we
would like to on the phone, but that does not mean we still cannot service every
last one of our customers! Below are some answers to questions you may
have, and if you have any other unanswered questions just fill out the form
below and we'll get right back to you. Thanks!

Questions:.

Q: What kinds of parts do you sell? Are they all NOS (New old stock)
A: About 95% or more of our parts are original parts, or still sealed NOS parts. This is
what separates us from allot of our competitors because people looking to outfit their
restoration with all original parts can get that from us.... If we stock it!

Q: Why can't I just call you on the phone to order or ask about a part?
A: Our owner Phil Nelson is in charge of our inventory and we are not quite in the
"digital" age with that yet, so only having him available to answer calls and give
answers about our parts means we cannot handle additional calls. He is however
completely available to speak to by appointment if you have in depth questions about a
part, or ordering.

Q: How do I place an order and pay you once I have decided I am ready to order?
A: Our ordering process is quite simple. If paying by credit card, once we have agreed
on the price, including shipping we will email you an invoice through Paypal. A Paypal
account is NOT required by you in order to pay, you can pay us using a guest
account through Paypal. Orders paid by credit card are shipped out much faster.
A. If paying by check we will either email you an invoice, or give you the amount to
send over the phone. As soon as we receive the check and it has cleared we will then
ship out your parts.

Q: How much does shipping and handling cost?
A: Shipping depends of the price and weight of the part. We will combine weight if
everything is being shipped at once. You pay exact shipping cost depending on where
we are shipping to.

Q: Can I come and pick up my part(s) instead of having them shipped?
A: Yes we do have a store where you can come and pick up your parts in person.
This is by appointment only.

Q: Is Phil available to speak to if I want to talk directly to him about my project?
A: Yes, Judy handles all online orders, part inquires, tire orders etc.. But if you have
additional questions then an appointment can be made for Phil to contact you by
phone. Its not that we don't want to take your call, we just cannot handle much more
call volume than we already have.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and debit cards (debit cards
must have Visa or Mastercard logo) We also accept E-Check through Paypal and
Paper checks sent through the mail. ALL CREDIT CARD AND E CHECK
PAYMENTS  ARE DONE THROUGH PAYPAL, YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL
ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO PAY WITH PAYPAL.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States? (international)
A: Yes we ship anywhere in the world. International shipping you again will pay exact
shipping. We are not responsible for any additional taxes of duties you country may
impose, buyer is responsible for those.

Q: Will you match the price of another competitor?
A: Because our parts are one of a kind, and chances are very good that the part may
not be original or the same condition as the part we are selling we do not price match.

Q: Do you sell parts for civilian Jeeps?
A: We do no specifically sell parts for civilian Jeeps, however allot of the parts are
interchangeable and may fit your model. Keep in mind though that our prices reflect
the quality part we are selling.

Q: Why don't you have my size of tire for sale on your site?
A: Over the years our tire selection has gotten smaller and smaller as rubber prices
have sky rocketed, and the amount of manufactures have almost come to a stand still.
If your size of tire is not listed they might still be available, just fill out the
tire form on
the tire page and we will get back with you on availability.

Q. Once I place my order how quickly will it be shipped to me?
A This will depend on how you pay for your order. Orders paid with credit card or
E-check with ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the date we receive payment.
If your mailing a paper check we will ship once the we get it and it's cleared the bank..

Q.What types of shipping methods do you use to ship?
A. We primarily deal only with UPS.

Q. If I purchase a vehicle do you ship freight or do I have to come pick it up?
A: We can do either. If shipped buyer is responsible for setting up pick up and or
paying for freight charges. It is much cheaper for you if you come to our warehouse
and pick up larger items (if thats possible for you.
